Peter Katz, CEO – Before joining AgreeNet, Peter was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing with Entopia, a provider of enterprise infrastructure software for search, collaboration and knowledge management. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing and Regional General Manager with iLogistix, a $650 million global supply chain management company. Peter also served as Vice President of Marketing with Silicon Valley Networks and held a variety of executive, sales and marketing positions with Micro Focus, a $200 million enterprise software company. Peter was Senior Consultant of Management Advisory Services with Price Waterhouse and began his career with Wells Fargo Bank/Crocker National Bank as a computer programmer, subsequently holding various IT management positions. Peter has a Master of Business Administration from New York University ’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont .

B.H., VP Engineering – Over fifteen years of software development experience with technical leadership and engineering management positions with some of the industry’s most successful companies. He has extensive experience developing enterprise software products in the areas of knowledge management, enterprise portals, and customer relationship management, a Master and Ph.D. in Computer Science, and is co-author of three patents and participant in the definition of Web Services standards.

Steve Weinstein, Director – Steve was Founder and former Chairman and CEO of iLogistix, a $650M supply chain management company located in Fremont, CA. Worldwide customers included IBM, HP, Microsoft, Adobe, Apple Computer, Compaq, Sony and Johnson & Johnson. Steve grew iLogistix from its inception to over $500M before becoming the non-executive Board Chairman.
