History

The AgreeNet concept was born at a $650M supply chain management and e-fulfillment company, with customers including IBM, HP, Microsoft, Apple, Adobe, Compaq and Sony. AgreeNet was designed for the company in order to improve its internal and external operational agreement management but it quickly became obvious that the potential went well beyond the traditional supply chain and outsourcing markets.
